What do I need if I want to have an item cut or engraved?
We will need the logo or artwork for the sign, preferably in vector file. Also, be ready with the size you want it to be. If you have a design concept that you want us to emulate, please do bring pictures!
I already have the materials. Can I supply or use my own materials?
Yes! You can even bring in new materials that we haven’t tried yet. Our specialists will assess the material and decide if it is safe to work with, otherwise, we can test it out!
I don't have the knowledge or resources to make a vector file. Can you create the file for me?
Yes, we can create your file. We do have a design fee for the file creation. Just let us know what you need to put, what materials you want to use, and how big the sign will be. If you have a design concept that you want us to emulate, please do bring pictures!
I have my own item that want Etchworks to mark or engrave on. Can Etchworks engrave on it?
Yes! For your personal items, we typically check if it is okay to work with.

My architect / interior designer already has a design. Can we use our own design for the sign?

es! We do encourage this because we want your sign to fit in with the rest of your theme. We may do a few adjustments as necessary but go ahead and send in your design!
I don't have an Architect / Designer. Can you design our signage?
Yes, we can design your signage. Just let us know what you need to put, what materials you want to use, and how big the sign will be. If you have a design concept that you want us to emulate, please do bring pictures! The design is free if your order from us!
Can we install our own signage?
Yes! We will get everything ready for you guys to install on your own. And we will also be giving you a few instructions on how to install the sign.
I don't know how to measure the signage or the site area.
To measure the area, we will need the maximum length and width that we can work with. It would be best if you can provide us with photos of the site.
We normally don’t stretch the artwork, so we typically get a proportionate size to the area and scale it to that.
Do you charge for site inspections or surveys?
Site inspection and surveying of the area is FREE within Cebu City area*. We have a survey fee of 500 for areas beyond that, or as deemed necessary by the company.
Can you install a sign not located within Cebu City area?
Yes, we do, but conditions apply. Kindly contact our sales representatives at +63 32 236-0113 for more details.
Can you do rush orders?
Yes, but please contact our sales representatives immediately. Your order will be subject to consideration to our existing workload. We charge a rush order fee for any orders less than the prescribed standard lead time.
I already have a design for the award. Can we use our own design?
Yes! We may do a few adjustments as necessary but go ahead and send in your design!
I don't have a design. Can you design a custom award for us?
Yes! Just let us know what your event is about, what materials you want to use, and how you want it to look. If you have a design concept that you want us to emulate, please do bring pictures! The design is free* if you order from us!

Why do I need to pay for each new logo or signature?
Our team needs to convert the logos and signatures to a machine readable format. This is why we have a one-time charge per new logo or signature needed.
Take note we do not charge per plaque, but instead for each individual logo/signature design.
I don't know how to calculate the add-ons.
If you want to add a logo, look in the Shop for the Logo item X number of individual logos to your cart. Same applies for the Signature item.
For example:
If you have 10 plaques and would like to add (1) Nike logo, (1) Adidas logo and (3) Signatures to each, it should be:
Logo x (2)
Signature x (3)
