Ordering Process

Here’s how to start!

Prepare Design and Details

Send us your artwork and we check to see if it is fine for the laser cutter and the material you would like to cut. We will need it in AI, CDR, or CAD formats. The machine reads vector strokes and shapes.See our guide on the file types that we will need from you.

We need to know a few things before we start:

  • Size of the sign and/or of the working area
  • Site where it will be installed
  • Style of the sign
  • Material you want to use
  • Will it be lighted?

Cost estimate

After assessing your file, we calculate the estimated cost of the job and materials to be used. We will need the finalized file to give you a more accurate quotation.We start your job as soon as we receive your confirmation and approval.

Job order processing

A job order is created upon down payment of your order. Once the job order is created, we start processing your files to make it machine ready. Then, we do our magic!

04.

Installation

We coordinate with you to install the sign on the best schedules. When we complete your sign, everything is tested before sending it out. We make sure your sign is up and running without a hitch!

Depending on the complexity of your job, it may take a few days for us to accomplish your order. We don’t like to rush things because we want to make sure your get the best results.

FAQs

What do I need if I want to have a sign made?

We will need the logo or artwork for the sign, preferably in vector file. Also, be ready with an approximate idea of how big you want the sign to be. If you have a design concept that you want us to emulate, please do bring pictures!

My architect / interior designer already has a design. Can we use our own design for the sign?

Yes! We do encourage this because we want your sign to fit in with the rest of your theme. We may do a few adjustments as necessary but go ahead and send in your design!

I don't have an Architect / Designer. Can you design our signage?

Yes, we can design your signage. Just let us know what you need to put, what materials you want to use, and how big the sign will be. If you have a design concept that you want us to emulate, please do bring pictures! The design is free if your order from us!

Can we install our own signage?

Yes! We will get everything ready for you guys to install on your own. And we will also be giving you a few instructions on how to install the sign.

I don't know how to measure the signage or the site area.

To measure the area, we will need the maximum length and width that we can work with. It would be best if you can provide us with photos of the site.

We normally don’t stretch the artwork, so we typically get a proportionate size to the area and scale it to that.

Do you charge for site inspections or surveys?

Site inspection and surveying of the area is FREE within Cebu City area*. We have a survey fee of 500 for areas beyond that, or as deemed necessary by the company.

*Cebu City and some parts of Mandaue City and Talisay City. Conditions apply

Can you install a sign not located within Cebu City area?

Yes, we do but conditions apply. Kindly contact our sales representatives for more details.
